SENIOR FEATURE | CLASS OF 2015

Senior guy shoots are always fun for us — typically it’s mom who wants his senior portraits done so she can have a gorgeous wall portrait on her wall. Our senior guys are usually not too excited about their senior pictures BUT once we get started they actually get into it and have FUN!

This was the case with Kiefer. He is VERY easy to photograph (his style, his look, his eyes) and he made my job very, very easy. He was smooth and relaxed and he actually had a fun time.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THIS SESSION: Jackets with hats and hoodies always make a great “unexpected” image like the one shown below. Seniors don’t usually think to pull on the hood but they end up loving the look — and yes, mom loved this image! Beanies are always a great “guy” accessory and Kiefer loves them so we photographed several looks with them. Guys can also have a lot of neutral clothing so I always look for natural “color pop” in the elements around me.
